Hired : Big Al's BBQ

Every time Al and I spoke on the phone, he'd skip consonants and make up new, sort of southern words. But he always promised his BBQ would be amazing.

I can't personally attest to the amazingness because I didn't have a moment to taste his BBQ. However, the text message I received tonight (long after the event was over) is a testament to how entertaining this vendor was throughout the entire process:

From what I could tell, all the guests were very happy with his food. And he also gave ALL of our staff and volunteers FREE lunch.
