Wanted: More Laughs

I forget how refreshing laughing is...for your mind AND your body. That's not to say that I don't laugh often...because I do. I would even dare to say I laugh every day. But the good laughs aren't as easy to come by.

You know, the uncontrollable kinds that start as a giggle and the next thing you know, you can't breathe.

I had one of those today with a friend. About nothing really. However, it does almost the same work as an hour of yoga and I feel great.
