I visited a couple gardens today and at both places set my keys down on the curb since I didn't have pockets.
People are very concerned about keys. I can't tell you how many people stopped to:
A. see if they were mine and
B. make sure I wasn't going to forget them
Girl stealing water from a church -- no big deal.
Girl hauling a garbage can full of compost across the street -- no big deal.
But keys, alone, with no owner -- huge deal.
