I left a concert tonight thinking I knew my sunshine. And I was so close. It had to do with change and accepting it..for real. I even had it half written in my head.
But then I went to the "after" bar. And a random boy came up to us...ya know...two hot girls...and starting making small talk. Come to find out...as he told us what he did for a living...we started to make a connection. And he basically was so intrinsically connected to Friends of El Faro (FOEF), that I freaked out. Such a small, small world.
I'm a board member of FOEF (a teeny grassroots non-profit) and we had so many connections it was ridiculous.
Small world connections will forever amaze me. Forever.
