We had the best cab driver tonight. We chatted about the Lakers and how he'd been a fan for years. He told us this story about a girl he picked up once who was headed to The Staples Center for the Lakers game seven in the playoffs.
When they arrived, she asked if he wanted to come in. She had an extra ticket and was planning to scalp it, but the driver had seemed like a nice guy and she could tell he was a huge fan. So he waved her cab fare, parked the car and had an AMAZING evening.
